3.) No phone calls, texts or pictures taken inside the store. (This prevents people from getting things for minors.)

4.) Never talk about illegal drugs or ask for pipes or accessories for illegal drugs. We sell our pipes for the use of tobacco or legal smoking herbs only. Use words like Waterpipe, Hand Pipe, Grinder, or Herb Pollen. (Bong is a forbidden word.)

6.) We sell oil incense burners for burning oil incense only. If you call an oil incense burner a pipe, you will be refused the sale and possibly be asked to leave.

7.) We sell scales for weighing jewelry and various stones or legal herbs. If you ask for a scale to use for illegal drugs, we will refuse the sale and possible ask you to leave the store.

8.) DO NOT bring illegal drugs into the store.

9.) We do not sell NO2 Cream Chargers and Dispensers with Party Balloons. Party balloons will be a separate purchase.

10.) We do not sell Detoxes for drug tests, physicals, court, jobs, DOT, etc. We sell Detoxes for your personal health use only. Anyone asking for a detox for illegal reasons will be refused the sale and possibly be asked to leave the store.

11.) We sell synthetic urine for pranks and fetishes only. Anyone asking for synthetic urine for drug tests, physicals, court, jobs, DOT, etc., will be refused the sale and possibly be asked to leave the store.

12.) Do not lean on our glass cases. If you break, you buy.

13.) Never put your mouth to any pipe, otherwise you will have to buy it.

14.) No Refunds or Returns. We check electronic devices like scales and vapes before you leave the store. After that, you must go through the manufacturer for any damages.

15.) We reserve the right to refuse customer service to anyone as we see fit. Any verbal or emotional abuse towards any employee will result in being kicked out of the store and possible banned. Anyone who results in breaking any of our store rules repeatedly will be asked to leave and come back when they are able to follow the rules.
